Wedding templates discontinuing sale

The offer (50% off all templateS) is valid to midnight 7. march 2024. When you purchase a templates you are accepting that you only have access to the template until 15. April 2024, after that time you won't be able to access it. Any questions - contact us. 

 

Prices and Payment
All prices are in DKK with 25% VAT. We accept credit/debit cards.

We show prices on currencies, DKK, NOK, SEK, ISK, EUR, GBP, USD. The currency converter show approximately the price and the payments are charged in DKK. The rate can be different from day to day. We recommend you if you want to see exact price to find it in your bank.

Printing:
We try our best to print locally when we can to reduce shipping cost and reduce CO2. 

Denmark: We print in Herning, DK. We ship to you or you can pick up in Vildbjerg at our local office.
Europe: Printed in Latvia or Spain. No pickup available. 
UK: We print in the UK. No pickup available. 
Iceland: Printed in Reykjavík and is only available to be picked up. 
USA & Canada: 4 locations, depending on your location what is closest to you. 
 

Shipping & pickup. 
Delivery on personalised products might take um to 10-15 days to be delivered to you, depending on where you are. When the item has been shipped we’ll inform you by email. Pickup is available in Iceland & Denmark only. Other locations we ship to you. 

Returns & exchange.
We have 30 day return policy on physical products. You have up to 30 days since you received the product until you can return it for full refund. The condition is that the product is in original condition and has original packaging. When we’ve received the item we’ll return you the money, it can take up to 5 business days for you to get the money back. Be aware that personalised products, digital products, services cannot be returned.

 

Defects
If you received defected product you have full right to exchange to a new product or get full refund.

 

Personalised products
When purchasing a personalised design you agree the terms of none refundable applies. You can on the other hand cancel your order before it’s made. Contact us via email asa@bergmannstudio.com to cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase.

 

Digital Products
Digital Products cannot be returned. When you have purchased the product you agree with our terms. Digital products are for you only. Do not resell, share the design. All designs are owned by © Bergmann Studio

 

Terms of ‘Save our date wedding website and digital invitation’

Our wedding service is digital only. When you buy our wedding website services you accept our terms of non refundable policy, you can on other hand cancel the order before we make it. The website or digital invitation is webdesign based service and is valid the time of purchase, it's optional to extend the site. The website is hosted under our domain saveourdate.co. 

We do not accept cancellation soon as the website is live. You are therefore bounded for the time you have purchased. If you wish to take the website down before your period has end you can do so but no refund applies.
