We accept online payments (payment link or webshop) and bank transfers (Denmark & Iceland).

Prices are 900 DKK + VAT / 18.000 ISK (no VAT) per hour.

• When you get pricing paid per hour you will get a work and time report.
• When I give you approximetley how much time will be spent on project the hours can be exceeded or less than assumed. I will inform you when the time has reached and is needing more time.

I give prices for projects according to project description.

If request outside of giving price the price will exceed and I will inform you how much it will be.

Prices

• Hourly rate is 750 DKK + VAT. (20% less than normal hourly rate)
• For companies outside of EU is no VAT charged.

Contract

• It's monthly contract to work together on monthly basis.

Hours

• We make a contract of how many hours of work needed. It is minimum 30 hours a month.
• Unused hours in a month you cannot move it to the next or reduce payment.
• When hourse exceed the hours in contact the additionl fees will add on, 650 DKK per hour.

Payment

• You pay upfront the month before, F.ex. You will get invoice 1. may for all work made in may.
• We accept online payments with a payment link or bank transfer (Denmark & Iceland).

Changes or cancellation

• You cannot change the hours you have already paid for.
• Need to change how many hours are in the contract it needs to be done 30 days before.

Cancellation

• Cancellation period is 30 days.
• You need to cancel the work contract at least 30 days before and it has to end. It's valid 30 days after cancellation.

Upload tasks

• I use Notion for my work. I will make a board for you to upload tasks with deadlines, information and urgency. 

Content library

• I will need access to your content library. All content is sent to you in the end of our work. No files are kept.

Prices:

• The hourly price is 900 DKK+ VAT / 18.000 ISK per hour.
• For bigger projects I recommend to get quote for the project.

Cancel or rechedule:

• For no show you need to pay for the hour.
• Cancellation med less than 24 hours are up for 50% of the payment.
• Reschedule: you can change the time up to 2 hours before.

FREE discovery call is 30 minutes video talk about upcoming project. In this meeting you will tell me about the project. This meeting is not a consultation call.

The design made for you is yours but you cannot share it with other couples or sell it.

Printing:

• You take care of printing locally. We recommend using local printing houses for quicker services. We advise against it to print at home.

We print our posters in high quality paper in our studio in Vildbjerg Denmark. We ship to you. We print all posters by order an no storage or waste of our products.

Posters (non personalised):

• You can get full refund within 30 days of purchase of our non personalised posters. Product need to be in original packaging and undamaged. Shipping is not covered by us.

• Personalised posters/products cannot be returned.
• Personalised posters can be changed within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation on personalised products

• You can cancel personalised products within 12 hours of order. We do not let you know when we start to work on the products but we give us 48 hours until it's ready for draft. When you have approve the draft

Process of personalised products

• You will receive a draft for confirmation within 48 hours of purchase.
• You can purchase personalised posters as digital product and then you will receive PDF by e-mail. The poster in digital format are non editable and locked.

If you received defected product you have full right to exchange to a new product or get full refund.
